This mat-based class uses a mixture of Pilates and other movement modalities (such as Functional Range Conditioning, ELDOA, calisthenics, and yoga-inspired movement) to improve balance, mobility, flexibility, and strength. Also incorporates mindful breathing to leave you feeling calm, peaceful and oh-so-good!
