Barre & TRX meet Yoga! Join experienced yoga & meditation teacher, Connie Magee, for a fun, flowing take on Barre & TRX. We will incorporate balance, strength and flowing yoga poses, for a class that stretches, aligns and centers you. No experience necessary; the pace is slower, but the effects are deep. Sound healing meditation at the end.
