Barre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga. Barre uses small, isometric movements to gradually fatigue one muscle group at a time, focusing on hips, thighs, glutes, abs, and arms. These tiny movements not only work to tire out the muscles, resulting in lean muscle, but also reinforce the mind-body connection. Barre will increase muscle tone while elevating your heartrate, mood and your buns!
